"nogs" poems
Have you ever sat and wondered On a frosty winters night Do Santa and his reindeer Practice for their flight I've often thought of this myself After one too many nogs I'll stare into the winter sky While I'm out walking with my dogs A shooting star, a flying sleigh A light of shiny red Is it Rudolph that I see? Or is it in my head? Look off in the distance Past the gentle child lights And think, is that one Santa Claus? Is he in the sky....tonight? You never know just what you see It's magic after all Am I looking at a reindeer light From down here on this great ball Watch the stars this Christmas Through the stars and falling snow You may just see old Santa But in truth, you'll never know
