the glitterball in space
wrapped in wormholes
caressed by distant quasars
peak at optimum speed
before floating falling
toward the muted aromas
of space age earth

the bile of industry
smears the planet in neon
one giant shinning marble
city lights stretch
in the haze from pole to pole
whatever hemisphere
whatever timezone
whatever continent

aqua is the precious mineral
few places exist where
hope springs life eternal
rivers were rerouted years ago
run by power corporations
who package it in sachets
with dehydrated memory

a planet of consumption
tectonic plates stitched
stapled, bridged and woven
the fabric of the world

we unzip to consume
revel in the electronic tune
that breeds our contempt
for the the lost seasons
our reason dilluted, polluted
by the tune that remains the same;
beautiful stranger
dream a dream for me
because now all we have
between us
is acid rain.

We are dilluted
Polluted by our sense of separateness
Deluded into thinking
That kinship is a shrinking circle
A stinking cesspool
Generations of veneration of
Lines and boundaries

But bones buried under history
Connect you and me
Her and him
Us and them
No matter what country
Or century we live in

Although my thoughts are scattered,
Bruised, beaten bare,
Clouded, messied, and
Dilluted,
Each one has weight, as they always did.
Filling the room with
Great wonder, and fire burning
Higher than ever before.
Identity is something I have yet to find.
April is poetry month, so I'm going to try my best to write a poem every day... and a different kind of poem every day! Today's poem, an ABC Poem.
Karisa Brown Mar 2018
Her electricity vibrated across the red room
She was chemically aroused twenty four hours and one
Endignantly dilluted by her parents influence
She was systemmatically insincere

Yet one taste would send you on a trip no ones ever taken you before
As if the world melted away and you were suspended in mid air by her clear iridecent mind blowing energy of innocence

You start to feel the tingles rapid vibrations encased like a bodysuit just perfectly fitted for you begin at the edge of your toes

This energy climbs your entity as your mind numbs
You are nowhere else
There is no time or space here
You are in your own pyramid
You leave the earthbound
In another place beyond earthbound

Look too deep
Into my eyes a empty  sea. Where freyed trauma's and torn pages. Is all you see.
Crumbled together just as the author created. Fragmented beams drifting into the veins of my eyes.
Every emotion, every piece all beginning to collide. Surfacing into glamour. Imagination's playground. All traumatically dark, deemed sour. Keeping me away from the light, where hate is found.
Where the surge of power is dilluted within the dark.
A ignited spark is all it takes. To rehabilitate the fire within my eyes.
Look too deep. To the     emptiness that never seems to cease. The light within the cracks that always seem to breath. Even if I don't want it to be. The light that always repeats finally helps me see.
