Sat in  the flat

On the door I heard a tap

Cadbury chocolate appears

It must be thursday

Andrew's here.......

Thinking what to do

I thought I'd show him a poem or two

Looking aound

The poems we found

We had a look

but they were not in a book

On line they were

The words on the screen were there

Maggie said Lets make a rhyme

Andrew answered
Yes that will be fine

Some words from you

A few bits from me

Now it is time

For a cup of tea

and so we gather
aound pre-prepped packed ****
father forgive me.
A haiku about family.
In life comes a time if you can find
Some country style peace of mind
Natre all aound its siight and sound
A place to leave this world behind

Letting nature have its way have its say
No yesterday or tomorrows only now
No thinking here only nature to hear
Its symphony its fragrance to allow

Only a branch to fall a bird to call
A gentle breeze to keep company
Under a tree to sit a small fire lit
A hot cup of black bush billy tea

Its a Country style peace of mind
Away far from a world that be
Becoming a part of a natural start
Natures therapy how it works for me

this morning in the agave sat
a hoopoe and good as its
word it said hoopoe and i said
hoopoe in return and
i have n´t seen you aound for a long time..?

should you talk to wild animals?
i don´t know but no harm done
i looked to the concrete (like
very discrete) and when i looked back again
it was gone..

then i notice john cooper clarke in the
guardian
saying on about the technological-
honest as the day is long (and not unlike
a hoopoe himself..)

i like the computer as it
fecilitates creativity-
and then i remembered electricity
and as the lighting failed
we sang and huddled together by the

candlelight..
then i went to the supermarket
and tried for a discount card but had to
apply on line..
and made some boiled potatoes
-thought about a blackbird..

THE SPIRIT OF THANKSGVING
The spirit of Thanksgivng is all aound us today!
So let us count all our blessings that have come our way.
Yes, let us think back over the year that has sped by so fast,
And then pause for a moment (or two)and thank God,
For all is blssings have been more (much more) than we've ask.
                          YEAH THEY HAVE !!
