there was a little dog as clever as can be
he  did lots of tricks for everyone to see
he could roll a barrel while he was on the top
then use it little legs to make the barrel stop
he could roll a ball with his little paws
throw it in the air and catch it with his jaws
a clever little chap as clever chap was he
doing lots of tricks as happy as can be

there was a little ant he was very strong
he wasnt very big and wasnt very long
he lifted lots of thing twice as big as him
even though so small and very very slim
he had lots of strength he would lift all day
moving any obects that was in his way
he  carried lot of leaves mounted on his back
take them to a corner then begin to stack
then when he got tired he would go to sleep
climbed in to his hole so very very deep

i was walking in my sleep walking through the night
i walked down the stairs then turned on the light
opened up the door and took a walk outside
walked in to the park and climbed upon the slide
then on to the swings and went in to the air
it was very quiet no one else was there
i was having fun in my sleep so deep
then i walked back home and in my bed did creep

the man in the moon was smiling bright
up in the sky reflecting light
a great big grin upon his face
way up high in outer space
a big wide smile for all to see
up in the sky just floating free
smiling happy as can be
up in the sky for you and me

theres was a little elf a funny chap was he
his home was in the woods underneath a tree
he  just love to stroll through the woods all day
happy as a lark always bright and gay
he wore a funny suit it was emerald green
always ***** and span and always very clean
one day while he was walking he heard a little yell
it was coming from a chick who from the nest had fell
the elf he picked him up and took up the tree
to  his little nest where the chick should be
then he said goodbye and climbed back down the tree
wandered through the woods a happy as can be.

i sat down and began to doze
i started snoring through my nose
i was breathing in and out
then my nose began to shout
i just sounded like a pig
so i gave myself a dig
then it stopped the noise had gone
so in my doze i carried on
it came back again once more
this time louder than before
it woke me up i couldnt doze
so from my sleep i arose.

easters coming its nearly here
we have this time every year
chocolate eggs and kids galore
easter chicks are here once more
rolling eggs down the hill
giving children such a thrill
a happy time for girl and boy
easter time is such a joy.
with lots of games for them to play
on this special easter  day.
