two little lady birds were sitting on my plants
i sat there and watched them as they began to dance
going two and fro as happy as can be
dancing close together dancing just for me
they were really happy having so much fun
dancing on the plants underneath the sun
when they finished dancing  they sat there for a while
then they flew away and left me with a smile

live life to the full every single day
do the things you want to dont let them slip away
fill it full of happiness in everything you do
life it is so precious and its there for you
take it has comes what ever comes your  way
live life to the full make it bright and gay

the sundial sits on a piece of stone
telling time all alone.

reads the sun has it moves round
with the shadows  without a sound.

it tells the time upon its face
never wrong or out of place.

it does not move it does not rock
a work of art thats natures clock.

i sat and watched a candle very late one night
burning on the table burning very bright
the flame it seem to dance i began to gaze
then suddenly my mind went in to a haze
i was so amazed by the candles dance
it filled my heart with love and filled me with romance
such a lovely feeling there inside of me
the dancing of the candle had set my spirit free

when the autumn falls and all the trees are bare
gone now have the leaves that were hanging there
grass starts turning brown gone now as its green
frost is all around to create an autum scene

robins on the fence as they bob along
chirpy and so cheerful with there winter song
happy and content on an autum day
making autumn cheerful as they sing away.

i was in the garden throwing out some bread
when i saw a blackbird flying overhead
he did a turn around he must have noticed me
he came and had a look as nosy as can be.

landed in the garden by the flower bed
then did a little hop heading for the bread
he picked up a piece to fill his appetite
with his yellow beak shining oh so bright.

then he flew away in to the sky did soar
went round in a circle then came back for more
he ate all the lot a hungry chap was he.
then off he went again and waved goodbye to me.

i saw a little dove in an olive tree
then he picked a branch and brought the branch to me
he sat upon my shoulder and my troubles seem to cease
i held on to his branch and i could feel his peace
it me feel so tranquil and made feel so calm
i felt oh so safe and well away from harm
then he flew away back in to his tree
left my heart a glow and i felt  so free

i like to watch the squirrel climbing up a tree
jumping branch to branch a clever chap is he
gathering up the nuts scattered on the floor
then of he goes again back up the tree once more

he lives in a hole in the middle of a tree
high up in the air where no one else can see
such a lovely creature as lovely as can be
just to watch the squirrels brings happiness to me

there was a little badger he just love to dive
it gave him so much fun and made feel alive
he went to  Acapulco to join the divers there
diving of the rocks making people scare.

badger loved the thrill so he had a go
with somersaults and flips putting on a show
diving from the cliffs that were very high
badger took a leap and he began to fly.

people down below watched this little chap
doing all his tricks they began to clap
badger he was happy so were the people too
to dive in Acapulco had made his dreams come true.

when the rain is falling like teardrops on the pane
it reminds of the tears i cried coming back again
tears of hurt and sorrow whenever things went wrong
tears of joy and happiness that kept me feeling strong.

rolling down my face like the falling rain
stopping for a while then starting once again
then when the sun comes and all the rain has gone
the teardrops in my memory simply just move  on

why cant they let him go set him free instead
just for helping people they want to take his head
why cant they let him go he did nothing wrong
why cant they send him home where he should belong.

just another hostage held for ransome fee
another way of blackmail in order to be free
why cant they let him go this is not his fight
give him back his freedom its his human right

there was a little dog he barked at my door
a dog i didnt know ive never seen  before
i took the dog inside i fed him with some meat
then gave him a cuddle and a little doggy treat
the dog he was so loving as gentle as can be
he came and licked my face and laid down next to me
i opened up the door so the dog could go
but he just stayed still and didnt want to know
i guess that i will keep him he can be my pet
this orphan little dog is one i wont forget

in a nest she built from lots of little sticks

keeping them so safe free from any harm
then i headed home it was time to go
happy and content with my heart a glow

crocus popping from the ground
daffodils spreading all around
shrubs are budding getting leaves
shooting from there winter sleeves .

grass is growing turning green
showing off its spring time sheen
robins sing there little song
as they gently hop along.

sun is shining very bright
bringing spring with such delight.

people paint on walls with paint cans they just spray
the pictures make a statement of what they have to say
everything in detail painted with such skill
a perfect work of art filled so much thrill
it only takes a  can and just a gentle squeeze
street art done for nothing done with so much ease

love between two people is a special thing

happiness and joy is what your love will bring

something that you share as long as you may live

deep inside your heart there for you to give.

a very special gift sent from up above

each day growing stronger each day a little more

the tortoise and the hare they came face to face
both of them decided they would have a race
they marked out a course around the forest track
where they both would race for the first one back
they set of together tortoise he was slow
hare he ran in front putting on a show
tortoise took is time and in front did creep
hare he had got tired and he had fell asleep
right up to the finish line he finished all alone
he had won the the race and won on his own

when life becomes a burden we must carry on
just keep moving forward till the burdens gone
look life in the eye dont let your mind retreat
carry on regardless and burdens you will beat.

use your faith and will this will see you through
this will give you hope and tell you what to do
this will keep you strong and help you carry on
if  you have belief your burdens will be gone

there was a little kitten a funny chap was he
he went into the garden and climbed a great big tree
up and up he went  heading for the top
when suddenly the kitten he came to a stop
the kitten he was stuck half way up the tree
hopng for somebody to try and get him free
the kitten gave a yell very long and loud
all the people heard it and gathered in a crowd
they called for the fireman to get him from the tree
with his great big ladder he set the kitten free
the kitten he was happy that he was on the floor
now climbing up a tree he dosent do it anymore

early in the morning the sun begins to rise
you roll back the covers and open up your eyes
the birds begin to sing  to the chorus dawn
to make it nice and cheerful on this brand new morn
the cockerel on the fence he begins to crow
a new day has arrived thats how he lets you know
this is natures way the way it has to be
a new day has begun for all the world to see.

little bo peep lost her sheep
her eyesight it was bad
totally mislayed them
this is it left her sad
so she took an eyesight test
to improve her sight
specsaver made her glasses
much to her delight
now she could find her sheep
with her glasses new
specsavers was the answer and the thing do

in land of fantasy so very far away
there were lots of toys they just love to play
they played lots of games having lots of fun
happy as can be underneath the sun

there  was a teddy bear and a kangaroo
a soldier made of tin and his tin drum too
cuddly little dog and a chimpanzee
a little fluffy cat climbing up a tree

there was a great big park filled with of lots things
banana slides and roundabouts and a lot of swings
there were lots things to help them pass the time
and a great big frame they just love to climb

a land so full of joy with lots of things to do
and for all the toys it was dream come true

think about the whale a great big fish is he
a wonderous thing of beauty in the deep blue sea
swimming through the water chasing little fish
these they are his food his very favourite dish
spouting  out his  water from his big blow hole
the beauty of the whale brings beauty to my soul

i saw white horses riding all along the sea
riding high and proud heading straight for me
floating on the waves underneath the sun
galloping to shore having so much fun.

rolling with tide  high upon the crest
holding up there heads sticking out there chest
waiting for the tide to roll again once more
as it turns around to some other shore

love is like an ocean it covers lots of ground
something that is shared and goes all around

flows so very gently to each and every shore
something that is there that you cant ignore.

it goes around the world just like love should do
going round and round just like the love in you

little bobby badger he lived by the sea
he just love to fish a fisherman was he
he  would sit for hours just waiting for a bite
hoping for a big one catch it he just might.

oneday he was fishing he saw a great big splash
flapping in the sea the water it did thrash
badger he was startled could not believe his eyes
he saw a great big fish it was such a size.

badger he got closer to see what it could be
there he saw a  mermaid swimming in the sea
she was having fun swimming all around
flapping her big tail making such a sound.

badger he jumped in. to join mermaids fun.
they played away together beneath the  summer sun

then the tide it turned mermaid swam away
she thanked the little badger for such a lovely day.

my dog began to scratch i think he had a flea
i looked through his fur a flea i couldnt see.

i got his little brush this he liked so much
it bristles they were soft he just loves the touch.

then he scratched again now the only thing to do
was put him a bath  using flea shampoo.

now his fleas are gone he dosent scratch no more
happy and content like he was before

light a beacon for the world make the flame shine bright
let the fire burn lighting up the night
a beacon full of love for all world to see
a flame to last for ever and eternity

a light of perfect peace that will forever glow
burning for a lifetime make the lovelight show

in the mountains of virginia there live a little hare
he could play a banjo and played it everywhere.

he had a country rhythm and little dancing feet
people came from miles around to hear is country beat.

he just love to play and give the crowd a show
he would play all day until it was time to go.

then he would take a bow and wave the crowd goodbye
then of again he went beneath the sunset sky

love is like a seed inside you it will grow
when it begins to bloom then your love will show.

its just like a flower that becomes a rose
sends warmth through your body
and a twinkle to your toes.

it will make you smile like a flower in the sun
like the the seed of life your love as just begun

i went to the pyramids to the pharoah ,land
in the land of sun surround all in sand
i step inside a tomb to see what i could see
and read all the artifacts about its history
there were lots of statues carved with lots of care
depicting all the kings that were buried there
then i saw a skeleton very thin and gummy
after all these years i had found my mummy

i bought myself a budgie  to keep me company
i live on my own and could be friends with me
he could make me cheerful. when ever i was down
he could make me smile and take away the frown.

he was very pretty he had lovely charm
he walked along my shoulders and up down my arm
i learned him how to talk now he can say hello
a proper friend at last that gives my heart a glow.

in a place they call killarney lived a little elf
he lived in the forest all by his little self
he was very friendly and loved the forest so
oneday it was white down had come the snow.

so the elf decided. he would make some ski's
from a piece of wood that was hanging  from the trees
he tied them to his feet and slid along the snow.
took it nice and easy took it nice and slow.

he was having fun and sang an irish song
feeling very happy as he skied along
then came out the sun to melt the snow away
the elf he put his ski;s away for another day

there was a little rat he came from germany
a proper fighter pilot  one day he would be
like the  famous pilot from the years gone bye
the one they called red baron the ruler of the sky.

in a plane of red flying through the cloud
a fighter pilots dream this would make him proud
firing his guns as he went flying by
watching as his enemy fell down from the sky.

heading back to base landing on the ground
then fall fast asleep tucked up safe and sound.

forget about the past start again new
thinking of the past is no good for you
think about the future and what lies ahead
leave whats on your mind that is gone and dead.

erase it from your mind take it from your head
and what lies ahead think of that instead
then the  past will go.  you can start once more
look forward to the future and what it has in store

when the bluebirds fly its a sign of love
high up in the sky they sing their songs of love
flying  in formation shaping like a heart
its a sign to tell you loves about to  start.

singing all in tune not one out of key
such a lovely sound their lovely melody
oneday i will hear them. when love comes to me
then bluebirds overhead i will plainly see

love can keep you warm when you feel the cold
make your mind stay young and stop you growing old.

love can make you happy and make you feel so glad
it can give you feelings you didnt know you had.

it can last a lifetime and if you want it to
its a special gift thats there inside of you

little billie badger joined a circus show
he just loved trapeze and longed to have a go
swinging two and fro flying with such ease
doing lots of  tricks and hanging by his knees

looking at the crowd on the ground below
flying like a bird putting on his show
enteraining people is all he long to do
a circus entertainer was his dream come true

there was a little songbird sitting in a tree.
  as i was walking by he sang a song for me.

he sang a song of love to such a lovely tune.
it made me feel happy when began to croon

when he finished singing his song of love so gay.
it filled my heart with love as he flew away

there was a little cat of the furry sort
and he used to dream he was an astronaut.

climbing in his rocket heading to the stars
landing down on jupiter then flying on to mars.

he could float in space and float around all day
all along the universe  and across the milky way.

he had a little suit and and big space hat
he was a proper astronaut a proper spaceman cat.

when his dream was over he woke in his bed
the thoughts of being an astronaut still running through his head.

rain falls on the window droplets one by one
rolling down the pane they go on and on
the pitter patter sound tapping on the glass
tapping all in unison as they go rolling pass
just like little teardrops when you begin to cry
teardrops from the heavens falling from the sky
then the comes out sun and dries up all the rain
now the weathers fine once more makes you smile again

alfred burnt the cakes forgot that they were there
all he saw was smoke rising in the air
every cake was burnt everything was gone
burnt down to a crisp he was left with none
this is what they say about this famous king
for such a famous ruler such a silly thing

always wear a smile dont ever wear a frown
look life in the face dont let it get you down
fill your life with happiness every single day
keep the thoughts of sadness a million miles away

always see the bright side in everything you do
then that ray of sunshine is always there for you

there was a little hound he just love to chase
running after foxes he would set the pace
jumping over fences all along the field
till he caught his fox then the foxes fate was sealed
one day he was hunting he came across a hole
a little fox was stuck inside. the poor little soul
hound he had a heart and some sympathy
decided he would help and set the fellow free
hound he dug away all around the hole
digging very fast like a little mole
now the fox was free hound had saved the day
he made friends with fox and they began to play
hound he changed his mind his hunting days had gone
now they would stay friends from this moment on

natures full of beauty scattered all around
all across the universe nature can be found
there are lots of flowers other plants there to
so many different kinds there are quite a few
lots of little birds with colors by the score
kestrel and the owls and whole lot more

lots of little creatures the rabbit and the hare
hedgehogs and the squirrels so many others there
mother natures children to bring us such delight
that makes us feel so happy and the world so bright

a picture that we see each and every day
painted with such beauty mother natures way

when your feeling hateful sit on the swing of love
shuffle with your feet to give the swing a shove
fly into air leave the hate behind
think about the thoughts of the loving kind

keep your swing in rythm swinging to and fro
on the swing of love your hatred it will go
give you back the love  hate  it will be gone
on the swing of love your love will carry on

love is like a blanket when the nights are cold
something full of warmth that you can gently hold
it will keep you cozy with its love so deep
it is there beside an helps to make you sleep
so take the love you have and wrap it all around
the blanket made from love will keep you safe and sound

i live in the country with wild life by the score
badgers foxes squirrels and a whole lot more
theres a great big field just outside my door
where the kestrels hover i watch them as they soar.

there are lots of moles and the little shrew
fieldmouse and the vole and a weasel to
there are lots of flowers growing wild and free
many different kinds there for me to see.

its a wildlife heaven a proper wildlife zoo
mother natures gift there for me to view.

presents they are open now its time to play
pick up all the wrapping and throw it all away
find your favorite thing and put it to the test
when your bored with that play with all the rest
then when you have finished take a rest and then
eat your christmas dinner then you can play again
