weather always changing in can be a pain
one minute there  is sunshine the next thing there is rain
bringing lots of floods all along the land
waves so very high ripping up the sand
hurricanes  and winds they begin to blow
leaving people homeless with no place to go
due to global warming the planets acting strange
now we never know about the weather change

there was a little donkey donald was his name

to be a racing donkey was his only aim

donkey starting training on the local track

running round the course running there and back



now donkey he was fit.  to race with all the rest.

time to put his fitness and training to the test

donkeys they lined up all standing in a row

then the flag went up time for them to go.



then they all set off and began to race

donald he was  there up in second place

waiting for his chance for what he wanted most

quicken up his pace and pass the winning post.

there was a little hedgehog and his name was spike
he was very sporty and loved to ride a bike
hoping maybe oneday he would get a chance
to ride his bike abroad in a big race held in france

he boarded on a boat and sailed across the sea
to the place in france where the race would be
spike put in his entry to compete the race
riding through the streets in this far of place

there were many others that were taking part
as they all lined up waiting for the start
then they all set of  to begin the race
spike he raced along at a steady pace.

he just took his time took it nice and slow
till nearing the finish then at speed would go
spike he raced away ahead of all the rest
won the race so easily to prove he was the best

now he was the champ and glad he got the chance
to win biggest race ever held in france.

there was once a crocodile  lived in a swamp beneath

he was very sad crocodile   had no teeth

one day in the swamp a frog was passing by

then he saw the crocodile who began to cry



frog had magic powers and a magic leaf

frog he cast a spell and brought him back his teeth

now he was like the others with teeth so big and white

he could hunt once more now that he could bite.



he thanked the magic frog for getting back his teeth

and the spell he cast from his magic leaf

he waved goodbye to frog as he swam away

and thinks about his friend to this very day

i walked along a nature trail just the other day

i saw many things while along my way

there were lots of birds with colors by the score

a chaffinch and a magpie and a whole lot more.



a little baby hedgehog rolled up fast asleep

rolled up in a ball  i stopped and took a peep

further down the track there up in a tree

was a tawny owl looking down at me.



lots of colored flowers there were quite a few

red and gold and yellow and lovely shade of blue

there lots of rabbits and a badger too

there for me to see clearly in my view.



i saw lots of things on my stroll that day

the beauty of the wild mother natures way.

theres nothing quite like romance to give your heart a glow

cuddled up together with the lights down low

with an evening meal a table set for two

such a lovely way to say that i love you.



a perfect night for love filled with so much bliss

and to say i love you as you seal it with a kiss.

there was a little elf a funny little chap
he wore a bright green suit and a funny cap
he lived in the woods in a little shack
he just loved to roam along the forest track.

oneday on his travels he heard a little sigh
there he saw a badger who began to cry
elf he asked the badger why he was so sad
i have lost my stripes he said the only ones i had.

dont worry said the elf i know what to do
i will cast a spell get them back for you
elf he cast his spell. he had his stripes once more
now he was so happy just like he was before.

they strolled off together along the forest track
badger he was happy his stripes they had comeback
now they both are friends to this very day
now they have a friendship that will never go away

there was little crocodile he didnt have any teeth
he lived in a swamp in the mud beneath
he uesd to **** his food this it made him sad
didnt have the teeth that he should have had

oneday in the swamp he began to cry
spotted by a fairy who was passing b
crocodile he told her that his teeth had gone
unlike other crocodiles he was born with none.

dont worry said the fairy i know what to do
i will use my magic and cast a spell for you
fairy wave her wand  now crocodile had teeth
just like all the others in the swamp beneath.

he was very happy he began to smile
that he couldnt do in a long long while.
croc he thanked the fairy for giving him his teeth
than he swam away in to the swamp beneath

bonfire night is here fireworks burning bright
high up in the air lighting up the night
children gather round watching the display
waving all there sparklers happy bright and gay.

watching all the fires as there set alight
faces all a glow filled with such delight
a very special night one we will remember
that we celebrate on the fifth day in november

i saw a little dog he lived on a farm
a lovely little dog full of so much charm
he would round the sheep up
and keep them in control
he was in command a clever little soul
keeping them in line so they didnt stray
straight into a pen then lock the sheep away
i sat there amazed what the dog could do
a proper  clever chap a sheep dog through and through

santa he is happy now its christmas day
now he can have a rest a put his sleigh away
reindeers can relax now there job his done
they can stay at home and join in all the fun
santa waits once more for another year
to wrap up all the toys and bring a christmas cheer

i bought myself a budgie  to keep me company
i live on my own and could be friends with me.

someone to make me cheerful when ever i was down
that could make me smile and take away the frown.

he was very pretty he had lovely charm
he walked along my shoulders and up down my arm.

i learned him how to talk now he can say hello
a proper friend at last that gives my heart a glow

lots of bangs tonight fireworks flying high

bangers. roman candles .rockets light the sky

bonfires all lit up children having fun

eating toffee apples and a burger in a bun.



celebrating guy Fawkes and his deadly plot

one day in November we have not forgot

each and every year we recall his name

now an effigy that we set a flame

love is precious loves a gift
and your soul your love can lift
its a feeling deep inside
something that you just cant hide.

it is there and there to stay
and to share in every way
its something nice its something rare
something that we all must share.

there was a little water vole he had a big mishap
while walking down the riverbank he fell into a trap.

a little metal cage that was laid and set
hoping in his trap a watervole would get.

he was trapped in side and began to cry
he was very sad he didnt want to die.

suddenly a badger saw him in distress
and could see the vole was cleary in a mess.

badger he was strong and he began to gnaw
chewing at the cage and opened up the door.

the little vole got out badger saved the day
vole he thanked the badger as he swam away.

think of all the nurses and the job they do
whenever you are poorly they are there for you
a life  of dedication  that is what they give
devoting all there time helping you to live
helping you get well showing that they care
whenever they are needed they are always there
we should give our thanks for the job they do
and there dedication that helps you to pull through

i had a wooden leg it was full of worm
inside my wooden leg the  little worm would squirm
making lots of holes chewing through the wood
a leg thats full of  worms is simply not so good
they chewed through my leg till it was there no more
now i have only one leg just like i had before

there was a big brown bear he was very old
he had furry coat but always felt the cold.

when ever  it was winter he began to shiver
his legs would bang together as they began to quiver.

soon it was his birthday and he got a big suprize
a nice red thermal suit  that was just is size.

he was very happy now the cold has gone
and for grandad bear he always has it on.

just a bunch of flowers wrapped in a bouquet
tell someone you love them in a special way.

lots of different flowers lily roses too
such a lovely way to say that i love you.

the owl  and the ***** cat went to see in a great big yacht
things like food and water both of them forgot
they were in a rush and this had slipped there mind
the things that they would need are now left behind
these things they really needed to help them to survive
food and drink inside them so they could stay alive
as the days went by they were getting thin
they didnt have  there food they didnt put it in
cat he ate the owl and filled his appetite
now the owl had gone the poor little mite
the little cat was saved and taken back to shore
with his friend inside him never went sailing anymore

little tommy  turtle went on holiday
to the beaches of hawaii so very far way
he packed his little case with things that he might need
packed it very neatly very nice indeed.

jumped aboard a plane and to the sun he flew
flying through the sky so very bright and blue
he landed in hawaii  back down on the earth
headed for the beach and decided he would surf.

he jumped on to a surf board the waves were very high
riding on the crest as he went sailing by
tommy he was happy having lots of fun
in this land so faraway underneath the sun.

then as he got tired he found big palm tree
underneath he fell asleep as happy as can be.

i saw a little mouse playing in the sun
running round my garden having so much fun
up and down the path along the flower bed
then across the lawn  and underneath the shed
he was very friendly and didnt seem to care
he just kept on playing knowing i was there
walking straight up to me as if to say hello
this funny little chap gave my heart a glow
i sat there a while to keep him company
such a lovely chap with a life so free

when i was in the garden i saw a bumble bee
in his stripey suit a lovely chap was he
flying round the flowers flying all around
happy and content with his buzzing sound

buzzing round the trees and all along the plants
landed on the rose bush and did a little dance
i sat there a while and watched him having fun
then he flew away underneath the sun

there was a little pixie he had big long ears
he lived in the woods he lived there for years.

he roamed around at night underneath the moon
with his little harp he would play a tune

playing there for hours in the bright moonlight
lots of little melodies playing through the night.

when the sun came out at the break of day
he would go to sleep and put his harp away.

i saw a little blackbird on my window sill
sitting there so quietly sitting very still
then he started tapping on my window pane
did it once then did it twice and did it once again.

he was very cute as cute as cute could be
looking through my window looking straight at me
he had yellow beak the color of the sun
playing on the window having lots of fun .

then when he finished playing from the sill he flew
high up in the air in the sky so blue.

think about the whale a great big fish is he
a wonderous thing of beauty in the deep blue sea.

swimming through the water chasing little fish
these they are his food his very favourite dish.

spouting  out his  water from his big blow hole
the beauty of the whale brings beauty to my soul.

when the sun is shining it makes the world seem bright

fills you up with happiness brings you such delight

high up in the sky sending down its ray

giving us its warmth on such a lovely day..



just a little sunshine we all like to see

there was a little rabbit talented was he

played guitar and sang one day a star would be

people came from miles to hear the rabbits sound

he had lots of fans for miles and miles around



they love to here him play they would sing along

tap there feet and clap as he sang a song

a proper entertainer who could draw a crowd

singing to his fans made him very proud.

then a singing star.  rabbit he would be

oneday at his concert all the press we there

to see a singing rabbit this was very rare.



he got lots of offers from tv.near and far

rabbit he was famous and became a star

his dream it had come true famous now was he

now a singing star just like he long to be

there was a little duck he took a stroll one day
it started getting dark and duck he lost his way
it was really black duck he couldnt see
he began to cry very scared was he

then a big white owl who was flying by
he had seen the duck and had heard him cry
owl was very wise and knew what to do
down towards the duck  owl he gently flew


duck he told the owl how he lost his way
when the darkness fell he had gone astray
dont worry said the owl i can see at night
just you follow me i will be your light.

after quite some time  owl he found a pond
filled with lots ducks in a field beyond
duck he was so happy he was home once more
back with all his family where he was before.

duck he thanked the owl for helping with his plight
owl he waved goodbye and flew in to night.
duck he settled down and never more did stray
thinks about the owl to this very day

the animals in the jungle had a christmas treat
for there christmas party with lots of things to eat
they had christmas crackers and presents by the score
gifts for everyone  spread out on the floor
singing christmas carols to give an atmosphere
singing  all in tune and very very clear
they had lots of fun in there jungle way
a party to remember on there christmas day

harbour lights are shining the sea is very calm
stars  they light the sky well away from harm
the moon is shining brightly in the midnight sky
breeze is blowing gently as it passes by
boats along the bay that gives me such a thrill
sitting there so proudly in the night so still
its such a lovely sight as peaceful as can be
it seems like all the world just belongs to me

that little piece of sorrow that lies inside of you
building up so much makes you want to die
makes you feel so sad makes you start to cry
feeling full of sorrow  the world is on your case
and the world outside you dont want to face
face up to yourself the pity it will go
and get back to the person that you really know

i listen to the song bird high up in a tree
sat upon the branches he sang a song to me
a lovely song of love he began to croon
my heart began to melt at his lovely tune.

every note in tune every one in key
i sat there and listened to his melody
when he finished singing. the song bird flew away
i think about his song to this very day

i was in the garden when a blacbird came along
he sat in my tree and sang a little song
the song it was so nice. a lovely lullaby
very sweet and gentle it almost made me cry

i like to comb the beach to see what i can find
anything of interest the tide as left behind
looking through the **** that is lying there
maybe find a treasure that is very rare

maybe find a bottle with a little note
or may be find a piece of a sunken boat
there are many thing washed up by the sea
lots of little treasures lying there for free

people they build barriers lock their self behind

they just never tell you what is on there mind

keep it to them self hidden out of view

there behind there barrier hiding it from you.



maybe we could help if they just let us know

help them drop their barrier help to let them go

take away the wall that they built so high

tell us what the reason  and tell us what the why

i was in the garden and i began to laugh
i saw a little bird jumping in her bath
with a shower cap. on her little head.
splashing all the water in the flower bed.

lying on her back soaking up the sun
she just  loved her bath time. having so much fun
pruning at her feathers so she was nice and clean
very proud indeed a proper beauty queen.

then she flew away from her little bath
i waved and said goodbye and thanked her for the laugh

so many homeless people in the world day
reality of life seems so far away.
living day by day living in despair
sleeping where they can sleeping anywhere

with a cardboard box made in to a bed
lonlieness and sorrow going through there head
all they need is someone to tell there troubles too
someone who will listen and tell them what to do

so many homeless people in the world today
maybe with some help theres somewhere
they can stay

there was a little puppy he was very cute
had dream that one day he would parachute
hi up in a plane in the sky above
to jump in to the clouds the puppy he would love
gliding through the air  flying high and free
flying over land and all across the sea
floating to the beach with lots and lots sand
steering with his parachute coming in to land
this was just a dream that he would like to do
and he hoped that someday his dream just might come true

while walking through the park i sat beneath a tree

then i saw a lark as lovely as can be

he began to sing a little song of love.

sitting on the branches on the tree above



a lovely melody with such a lovely tune

my heart began to melt when he began to croon

a lovely melody in perfect harmony

when he finished singing the lark he waved goodbye

then he flew away high up in the sky

i watched him as he left as he began to soar

i hope he might come back and sing to me once more.

i sat a watched a moonbeam shining oh so bright
shining in the sky  lighting up the night
it shone across the valley and and the mountains high
shining there so brightly high up in the sky
its beam it shone for miles and all across the land
all across the sea lighting up the sand
shining all alone just a single light
shining there so brightly such a lovely site.

fill the world with love let the fighting cease
fill the world with happiness with nothing else but peace
let us live together let us all unite
make the world a happy place make the future bright.

let us live as one with lots of love to share
share it with the world each and everywhere.
the world be so happy a better place to live
with peace for evermore with only love to give

looking out the windows and standing at the doors
everyone was waiting  for santa and his sleigh
waiting  for the presents to open christmas day
as the hours went past no santa was in sight
all were feeling sad on this christmas night
then they heard the  reindeer  as they began to trot
santa had slept in and christmas he forgot
he gave them all there presents to open christmas day
said sorry he was late and rode of on his sleigh

little freddie fox he came out at night
roaming round the city looking for a bite
a tasty little snack from a wheelie bin
any where at all he would just climb in

climbing over walls gave him such delight
roaming in the shadows hidden out of sight
digging under fences to other side
through an open window he would gently slide

always on the prowl looking for a bite
a little urban bandit this creature of the night

there was a scottish mouse a celtic fan was he
where ever celtic played thats were he would be
with his football top of colors green and white
and his wooly hat that was so very bright
he travelled round the country when they played away
then when celtic won it really made his day
a proper football fan  with football built inside
a dedicated mouse full of celtic pride

i love to watch the sunrise breaking at the dawn
in between the mountains bringing in the morn,

lighting up the valleys and its pastures green
such a lovely sight one that must be seen.

it gives a sense of freedom and makes you feel so free
this lovely piece of nature for all the world to see
