I separated them from other people,
To listen deeply,
To pray more,
To think other ways and for others.
I stopped mass gatherings,
Closed cinemas, pubs and restaurants,
So they could spend time together as family,
To read more,play games, exercise, and cook,
And gradually to heal.
I have come and I will stay,
Until you learn to change your way of life.

My friend had corona virus and he did this at home with the help of his wife.
First thing in the morning drink warm water,
Gargle throat with warm water mixed with salt and turmeric powder,
Do hot water steam breathing through mouth and nose to reach lungs
Drink only HOT green tea, tea, coffee, hot chocolate,  milk and warm water,
Don't have anything cold,
Before going to bed have warm ginger powder mixed with honey.
