If I said I want you,
Would you run and tell the stars
To close their eyes and ring dry
The clouds of tears?

If I said let me hold you,
Would the earth crack open,
To shudder the rolling lands,
Not cradle the hatching seeds?

If I said I am yours,
Would your name soon dissolve
And be lost in the revolving
Night that candles you in light?

If I heard your voice,
In twining dream and woke
Beside you talking in your sleep
What would your question be?

If I called your name,
Before the first sunning year
And heard you, Echo in the wind,
Would time guide us to the door?
Dancing fir trees, pine,
Greener against bluest skies,
Winter wind creeping.
Cascades of brunette beauty
A night of lost potential
Dancing in the still darkness
Lost in a flash of ivory
Deep in a pool of brown eyes
It could have been so pretty

Fluid enters and we move like machines
Graceful machinations of the weary
A collective howl into the empty
Wandering through fog no star to follow
No wise men just lost travelers
Bringing gifts to the unfaithful masses

The night goes on and the sun starts to rise
We come out with tides of golden beach
Crimson skies drip red with ****** tears
Painful thoughts rush away beneath waves
Razor blades melt and become smooth satin
Next, repeat
It could have been so pretty
Found this in an old notebook
Us
Music is my passion
And so are you
I play the guitar
You play the piano
So I had this crazy idea of becoming a crew

Let's do this for fun
Not for fame
Since we will be together
Whether we get happy
Or we both are to blame
Our passion for love and music
Will always stay the same
Numb from winter's chill
She set out one morning
Seeking adventure's thrill
She ignored all forewarning

The pale sunlight shone
Like ladders down the trees
The beasts of the night had gone
replaced by the humming of bees

Her path was well prepared
She knew where she wanted to go
Not knowing though if she dared
Her paces had started to slow

The cracking sound of a branch
Made her startle and give up a cry
Continued as if in a trance
But a tear had appeared in her eye

Such forceful gravitational pull
That place in the forest presented
Even though her life was full
That power was unprecedented

It grabbed her without a warning
Twisted and bent her thought
Midnight replaced the bright morning
Her captor she never fought

Though strange and slightly deform
His presence itself was enough
His touch was a violent storm
Soon her old self she would slough

Totally transformed she was
When they found her the next day
Her hands had turned into claws
And her soul had been taken away
Something about
A cashmere coat
Over a skirt
Over knee stockings
To warm long legs
Lipstick blush
And hair like flames
All red
To capture attention
In daylight
Traffic
Light setting in
The bedroom window open slightly
I gaze upon your face
Our chests are moving lightly
There's stubble on your chin
And the words that cloud my mind
Flow deeply to my lips
To my lips, they fly steeply
As we kiss
And I'd lay here forever, knowing this.
I saw things in black and white
How shall I see the road clearly with all this mist in front of me covering the paths of right and wrong
At first I thought all hope was gone, until I met you

— The End —
