Mirror mirror on the floor
It was me who saw you fall
I did not help. no, not at all

You now shall be ridden
Unable to show the hidden
The sins of which I have written

Mirror mirror on the floor
It was me who cracked your core
I broke you on my way out the door

Hidden behind my masquerade
No longer a reflection but a shade
Until you finally fade

Starry sky glows
Entire galaxies paint
Our night which flows

What is this of which people
call the road to tomorrow
Why can't I see where it leads me
Why don't I see which I want to know

This road isn't built
on which my thoughts are spilt
I'm trying to know that of which is unknown
The thing that no one is ever shown

Only with time I seem to find
pieces of answer to my question
to where is my future to wind
Lost in a filled blank section

Along this twisted unseen road
Creating my own view
of my life that I've sowed
through the choices that I issue

This is the road to tomorrow
there is no time you can borrow
so make it while you got it
Create a path to which you fit

Against the soft night sky
Those lights shining up so high
I take to the land of "let's pretend"
Where imagination never ends

I travel across the milky way
A place unseen amongst the day
I drift all through anomalies
Like diving down the seven seas

I wave to all I travel pass
Sometimes for directions I ask
Those that I see aren't of those that you know
For the nose that they blow is where your ear should go

From their toes they cry
They sing from their eye
The melody like no other
Like a warm hug from a mother

This is where I go
Through the nights
Leading to days of tomorrow

Petals float on the winds
Warm breeze strokes my hair
Springs chorus envolopes my ears
Mesmerizing aromas fill the air

Interrupted, chills down my spine
No longer dreaming a warm desire
Icy gales freeze to my face
Winter winds cutting like wire

Her eyes are my rainbow bridge to paradise
She smiles and the whole night sky glows
Engulfed by her gaze, my heart skips twice
Her beauty graciously flows

She is my sunrise
Lighting up my dull skies
She is my sunset
Painted my soul the first time we met

She layers my heart with petals of a rose
Covering the thorn carved wounds
Down my face a stream flows
An untouchable enchantress glides on the winds

You think you understand me
But the truth you do not see
You think I'm full of happiness
But intact I'm just full of stress

You ask me if I'm okay
"I'm feeling great today"
LIE, deep inside I'm holding pains
My heart and soul covered in stains

I put on my masquerade
A smile of a soul that fades
No one knows what lurks beneath
You have no clue for what I sheathe

My soul cauterized inside out
My heart seeping from all my doubt
I put a smile for which you ask
My disturbed hollow mask
