My heart so fragile,
Bumpy on the edges,
And sharp from the sides,
Scars seem to cover its layer,
Making it rough and pale,
My acute and chronic heart beats synchronize in resonance,
Lubb-dubb, lubb-dubb, lubb-dubb.

rain hits the windows and dies
no longer separate drops
from cloud to rivulet
one single purpose
rain replenishing
poets tongues
and live
again

Just like the three witches,
"I enjoy meeting in the rain, wind, and snow".
Trees all naked and in deep sleep
a grey sky fading to black as space.
Everything bending backwards and forwards
ice cold and disappearing in a blizzard.
Soaking wet with skin like a lizard
slithering around in a mud hole filling with rain.

Give me your hand

Make room for me
to lead and follow
you
beyond this rage of poetry.

Let others have
the privacy of
touching words
and love of loss
of love.

For me
Give me your hand.
