This is the time to think back on Afro-American strides
Innovations in they provide
It goes beyond the struggles of slavery
But what follows is pure bravery
Afro-Americans forefathers having the theory of understanding and devoted wit
Education was a solid it
Sunrise to sundown
Afro-Americans would often read a book when the Slave Master wasn’t around
There was reading being the sound
Sometimes Afro-Americans were caught
There were racial barriers becoming a fought
But through it all Afro-Americans saw
It was initiative seeing a wrong
There were many biblical songs
Yet it was a battle that lasted long or not
It was the opposition planning a plot
Afro-Americans were determined to be free
Eyes of Heaven Looked down and they were guided by Thee
Multitudes upon Multitudes
Oh the thought of solitude
It all surrounded by fate
Later came a constitution that ended the slave date
Afro-Americans were finally freed being the slate
What do Dr. Martin Luther King, Medgar Evers and Malcolm X have in common?
Plain and simple, Civil Rights and togetherness among all races of people
I wasn’t a simple matter
Yet there was plenty of negative shatter
But eyes were opened beyond the shades
It was not strides that were made
Afro-Americans contributed inventions upon inventions having a mention
George Washington Carver in the peanut for oil
That is just one, but there were numerous inventions from others
Even though the opposition said “NO”
Afro-Americans made their point being all systems go
Determination had an agenda of persuasion
Illustration was a call to order being participation
So young people today should always stride to educate themselves
This is their chance in opportunity and bringing forth unity
The young people are tomorrow’s future of presenting their own selves
Excel and acceleration being there tell
Their enthusiasm having a sell
However, I weep in my heart and soul
We seem to be going back in time
A venture with a sublime
However, my heart seems to bleed
Will Afro-Americans still be able to proceed?
What’s behind the door being an unknown?
Yet our legacy of the past gave us understanding being shown
However, we can’t just relish on the past, but I will leave that alone
Instead, we should move forward and take what we learned from the past and make it our future to extend on
We need to see the ocean beyond the shore
Yet venture out on the waters being our explore
Tomorrow is today
Whatever situation that comes our way, we are prepared, and that is ok
At least we can say, “Achievement will always stand regardless. There must be trust among us. Yesterday was only a reminder. But Afro-Americans have God in their corner”.

All military salutes we honor
It’s more than Red, White and Blue
It’s the brave and the chosen few
Our hearts we continue to pray
God’s protection being our relay
Let the fight on struggles to end one day
This I pray were sustaining the battlefield stay
The fallen always having a place in my heart
I hear soul spirits chanting in the distance, “Carry on, but remain strong”
Drums that beat, but with the tone in don’t give in to defeat
Missiles that fly, but remain alert with continued courage, but don’t cry

There are many words one could say

Everyone going their everyday daily task
Normal activities having all varying vast
Some were at work
While others were at home or outdoors
Suddenly darkness came and it seemed time came to a halt
A city in pitch black
Rush hour was all in the smack
Some people were stuck in elevators
Firemen was summoned to various locations in getting people out
Subway and railroad trains stuck in their tracks
Electricity was totally shut down
There was no circuit power that could be found
Thousands upon thousands stranded without any means to get around
The only thing that was available was people’s own wit
But through it all people came together and embraced one another
Yet troubles seem to bring people closer
Darkness it was
The length being uncertain
A moment all being  the same shade
Let it be in what all creatures were made.

My eyes felt ever so deep to sleep. They would open and close. Then suddenly, my eyes felt like a finale when a curtain comes down. Now I was into a deep sleep, and my dream was presented. A Greyhound Mack 1931 showed up and used its headlights being a spotlight on me. The Mack said, “You look like you could use a friend”. I know you are a “BUS NUT”, but you are about to be surrounded with buses upon buses being your friend, and we will give you the inspiration to go on like no end. Let me introduce you to the MCI Renaissance, the start of new bus technology, the MC6 Supercruiser known as the bus of tomorrow with destination to our hearts, the MC7 that would catch anyone’s interest. Then there’s the MC8, a bus nut would appreciate. The Prevost being a new arisen but what the manufacturer can create. Now that is only a few, but you will soon awake.

As you continue to explore buses of any kind you won’t ignore. So we the buses will always be your friend. In fact, it extends to the highways being no end. The exhaust is our force. But along with buses, you will start to acquaint the many fellowships with other bus enthusiast such as yourself. It will be exchanging thoughts full of ideas and opinions. This is your heart felt moment. So enjoy your day, but we as buses just wanted to continue to show you the way. Our encouragement to all bus nuts goes like this, “So buses on tire wheels, and we consider ourselves a moving reel, and yes there is a past, but is just time accelerating in fast. Ghost that lived in the house
There was even a family of frightened mouse
The house was originally owned but they had died
It was twenty years ago
The actual death no one really knows
But the Ghost revolve all through the house
Spirits that don’t want any human visits
Witnesses say was a struggle in a fight that was heard in the house
They think it was the husband’s spouse
Yet moans and groans are heard all through the night
It only happens when darkness appears and there is no light
Surrounding homeowners often feel the plight

No one can even erase the trace

So what’s in a name could be a person born with the same
My exploration took me on tour of all the highlights that made San Antonio, and why it is a major city
It was Medical Centers, Universities, and San Antonio Zoo, which I witnessed from an Aerial view
I even visited the famous, “ALAMO”
The Mexican Spanish War fighting for independence
But there is a unique side of San Antonio, and it is the “RIVERWALK”
It’s those floating taxi’s that bring the Riverwalk alive and extends into the suburbs
Yet, there is a European atmosphere culture at the Café’s at the Riverwalk edge
You hear the serene tempo music of Violin’s acquaint sunset going down and the evening air sets the stage for a romantic evening under the stars and moon
This is all happening at all Café’s tables as you wine and dine
Enchanted as I was, I took in all the San Antonio accord
I stayed Seven days at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk in Downtown San Antonio, Texas
So you know my Folio
It was a venture of delight
Those Texans know how to shed light
Friendly citizens within San Antonio, the city
Having to return back home to New York City was my pity.

A dead body found on the shore
How the body was killed an investigation to explore
Blood was found all around
The body, mouth and hands all bound
Footsteps were found along the beach
The clues were to follow and see how far they reach
The only evidence was a dead body
It was a man with no identification
This case won’t be easy being an indication
The exploration will start at the shore
An answer will be found and that I am quite sure
There were punctured wounds on the body with weapon being a knife
What the motive was, we will have to wait and see]
The Police are doing their job
It’s their mission to arrest and solve
Now it is a moment of wait and pray for fulfillment in solve.

We understand that you were a witness to a vicious crime

I saw man who had a knife
He stabbed another man twice
The man was lying dead in a pool of blood
It looked like an overflowing flood
Yet I could see anger in the man’s eyes
I witnessed, but I didn’t say anything as I thought that would be wise
However I don’t think the two men knew each other
It seemed more related in being cut off on the side walk
There weren’t any words of consultation in talk
The other man just came up with the knife on stalk
But it was definitely rage
Now I don’t know the man’s age
However honestly, the man in question should be put into a jail cage
I fear for my life myself
Being a witness, I could have also been dead
Yet I am alive in the witness stead
But I had to tell my testimony in order for justice to be done.

One day Alex met a woman on his job
He hadn’t dated in a while so all he did at night was sob
So as Alex was talking and being on the heavy side, the buttons on his shirt began to pop off one by one
The woman in question from the Alex’s job named Jennifer wanted to laugh, but just felt this is not happening
Now Robert always tried to be suave
Yet his life was full of problems he often had to solve

Robert was taken to the hospital with leg pain and being sore

Well the aftermath of Robert and Alex are buddies are always wanted to have fun

In fact, they are going to life until they are done

A slave being no slave thereafter for one to ignore
The ashes are only what it took to change slavery
But it was all handled so bravely.

Stepped into the wrong direction

Word had it that treasure was at the bottom of the Organic Sea
A map that would plan the course
Creed and Selfishness on Captain Quid’s mind
But the Sea God’s disapprove of Captain Quid’s and Crew in getting the treasure
There will be no pleasure for measure
The Sea Waves turned sharp as if they had rage
It had nothing to do with age
Thunder roared and Lightening flashed
But Captain Quid was determined that the Treasure Chest was going to be his cash
It was a matter of timing having a dash
Determination was going to become reality in Captain Quid’s mind
However, the Sea God’s had a force
It would be Captain Quid’s ship in a toss
The Sea God’s wanted Captain Quid’s ship to get lost
The Sea God’s fiery was to make sure that the Treasure Chest stays buried at the bottom of the sea
Electric Eel’s and Whales were carefully guarding the Treasure Chest
It was certainly protection for good measure
Captain Quid’s Crew made several attempts of getting the fortune
But Captain Quid’s crew got the charge of their lives from the Electric Eel’s
Some of the crew were attacked and eaten up
While others abandoned the whole idea altogether
But the bottom line that Captain Quid never got the Treasure Chest to begin with
So how does Captain Quid feel now?
He is puzzled on an empty manifest
Yet Captain Quid and Crew are their own confess
But the Sea God’s said it best
“Creed will never have wealth, and Evil with demise will always have no clean bill of Health”.

A romantic couple that were walking hand in hand
They had endured love being each other’s fan
But something went tragically wrong
Suddenly the present environment wasn’t strong
The Moon turned in all different directions
There seemed to be a change in the night haze
Eerie noises could be heard
But the couple didn’t utter out any word
They decided to be quite it and be careful where they walked
The couple wouldn’t even dare talk
Suddenly they had been stalked
Chosen ones being the ordeal
Out in the open, a robber dashed out to steal
It was like a fast moving reel
Later a struggle took place
A Gun and the couple were dead in erase
No remorse from the robber in what happened
Night being pitch black
But that is what happened just like that.

Clouds seemed to cluster all through the skies
I looked up and it made me wonder why
It seemed the clouds were preparing for formation
But for me I still didn’t understand the information
Suddenly without warning, a firm handshake was extended from the clouds
This was God confirming me he was the understanding
He was also the one in sustaining
God is the reasoning for me living
Day by day being God’s will
Yet I am focusing on the still
But somehow I knew I fit the bill
Encouragement coming from above
The captivation in seeing too doves
I knew my soul must be right
This is how the brightness of ones light
But the sky was a marvelous sight
All I could was knee, praise and cry
Not a question of why, but taking time to abide and to be reinforced with thy.

I have been trying to reach you for so long
I could keep going on and on
It certainly has been a while since I heard from you
I didn’t know if you moved, Sick or dead
So I figured I would do this instead
Life moves at an accelerating rate
It’s faster and faster being the calendar dates

Screams serve no purpose
The night makes this all obvious
An unsuspecting woman was approached by a Werewolf
Before she could scream, the woman was clawed to Death

Happy Halloween with all the candy to eat
