It seems being a Black doesn’t help in getting a job
We seemed to have gone back into time
What might be a matter back in the 50’s and 60’s in Racial Discrimination
It still exists even today 2019
The matter is, Hiring Managers have their own philosophy of a Black applicant
Whatever happened to ability?
The color of one’s skin doesn’t qualify with looking beyond talent
It’s illustrating no chance
But it’s a true opportunity in how one advance
Abilities with experience and is pointed out on the Resume
But Hiring Managers are making its business to turn a Black person’s Resume a boundary with another purpose in interviewing another Ethnic Group being a dismay
A Black person can have all the necessary qualifications, but will be told, “We are not moving forward with your Application”
I guess “Overqualified” is played out
But the question that will always come out is why?
Affirmative Action doesn’t even qualify on the application and don’t even understand the purpose of why it is even there
Resume’s show regardless the Racial Factor of what qualities in experiences being efforts candidates have achieved
The compensation may not be right
But when it comes to ability, the applicant can say what their abilities are not the Interviewer unless a test has proven otherwise
Interview me as a person and not Racial color involved
The purpose, there won’t be a Racial profiling to solve.

Riches he doesn’t have
Luxurious life he wished he had
A woman whose understanding
A relationship that is withstanding
A job that is fulfilling
Being a Black Man is like having a curse
All the negativity needs a reverse
Being a Black Man goes beyond fact
But that’s how society see’s the Black Man being exactly like that
It’s the Black Man in sorrow
It’s a wonder if the Black Man knows he has a tomorrow
Survival seeming like a war
Assumption having no ambition to go far
The Black Man is considered a nut
Yet, it is the Black Man stuck in his own rut
There is no theory surrounding but
The Black Man needs to build up his own self-esteem
It doesn’t require any Black Man to be mean
Society will never do
In fact, they don’t intend to
The Black Man has every right to be mad
But he should not be sad
The labelling has a following that has been said for years
The Black Man doesn’t deserve to preserver
It’s the Black Man that must always have fear
The society doesn’t want the Black Man near
The Black Man’s life is considered like a novel page tear
If the Black Man doesn’t exist, there is no missing page
In essence, the Black Man has a right to have rage
But the Black Man can change in life and rearrange

I thought once I broke up with my ex-girlfriend, I would never love again
The Girlfriend I thought I knew was definitely not the one
I thought there was a connection, but we are done
Love I always thought would be everlasting
So one chapter ended
But another just transcended
Walking home and not looking for another Girlfriend, another companion came into my life
I didn’t even ask for advice
I just thought, “Seek and you shall find”

But the Female Companion was totally sincere

It was like seeing the Million Dollar Man TV series with rebuilt advanced electronics beyond modern man

But total Aesthetic
It was speed into acceleration
Even the High speed chase made the viewer wonder in what will happen next
At times, it seemed a little complex
The idea was saving the world from a destructive Virus
Hobbs and Shaw assigned to the mission
But it seemed that one needed permission

On the road again, the circus is done.

In Building 8, a Husband was cheating on his Wife
The neighbors were trying to encourage with advice
But the whole situation didn’t turn out so nice
It seems the Husband had been sleeping around
There was evidence being found
The other Woman had the nerve to call the Wife to move out
But between the two women was nothing but shouts
Commotion led to another
The Wife was determined she would not accept the other
The Wife confronted her Husband on his affair
His attitude was he just didn’t care
So the Wife hired an investigator on her Husband’s every move
She wanted photos for evidence to prove
But the Wife knew that her Husband wasn’t that smooth
So the investigator captured all her Husband steps
It was all at the right timing from the first time Her Husband and other Women met
The so called other Woman turned out to actually be a man
Yeah you read right
What may sound like might was a man named Mike
So that would mean, the Husband was Gay
At least we got that cleared away
The Wife was quite upset

It was her freshness having golden delight to intrigue

In church on Sunday gone, one of the Ministers within the church preached a sermon with the theme, “WHERE IS YOUR FAITH?”
Look at the world in turmoil
People are living with not believing in Faith on this Earth soil\
How many people do you think don’t have Faith?
Too many to count huh
You would be counting into everlasting
Faith is a matter in having hope in believing
The blessings come when Faith is for you in receiving
But doubt seems to overshadow keeping people from reaching Faith altogether
Whether or not one believes in Faith, doubt only becomes temporary where Faith will take over
If you want hope, one must be open to believe
In order to overcome any struggle, one must believe there is assurance in overcoming
There is False Hope
This is where one thinks they can’t cope
But it is Faith that helps you cope and gives you hope
True Faith is moving through a storm and knowing you won’t be harmed
That is true Faith with the full garment of assurance
The full praise influence
Assurance you can count on through Faith
You are never alone
Yet Faith will always let itself be shown
The fulfillment being known
So try Faith when things get you down

The story of a travelling little girl that was intrigued by a hand at the steering wheel
It all happened on a bus in the south
These are my words straight with the account from my mouth
As the narration goes, a little girl who ventured on a regular basis traveling from Houston, Texas to St. Charles, Louisiana
It wasn’t just any trip, it was family visits
All covered by the Hound Bus, but there was something about that Hound Bus and it was the Operator that was always the driver
I am going to say the name of the Driver being Harry
Now I don’t know much about Harry and the Little Girl, but I do know, there was admiration and a feeling of belonging
I do know that the Little Girl back then was his number one travelling passenger
I was on my way to Houston, Texas after spending 7 Days in New Orleans
So the bus made a stop in St. Charles, Louisiana where a Female Adult boarded going to Houston sharing with me her story with knowing the Hound Bus Driver since she was a Little Girl
I found it interesting to learn, she was still friends even in her Adulthood.
But remember, we are in the South and South always show hospitality and greetings that last a lifetime
I observed when the driver asked the Female Adult to do certain things with the tickets in punching, and she definitely knew what to do
I knew then, yes, and that Little Girl never forgot and the Driver was like her Dad
The Female Adult travelled on that route on a regular basis
The Hound Bus was no stranger, and the story certainly not out of the ordinary
I will never forget that day with a remembrance as if it was yesterday
It was the affection and caring like a Father to a Daughter

A Little Girl all grown up returning the admiration and in the passenger seat where she wants to stay.

I might sound to some a weird request
But this is my desire in confess
Instead of putting me in a conventional coffin, just let it be a bus

Bus passion is always and will continue to be in my heart

It doesn’t have to be a Hound nor Trailways bus, and could even be a School bus

Ever heard of wine glasses extending from the floor to the height of an average person?
Hold on to your thirst
I witnessed myself when I was on vacation in Tijuana, Mexico
We spent the day in Tijuana on a Gray Line Sightseeing tour starting in San Diego, California where I was staying
As I explored Tijuana moving about, I began to get thirsty, but we were told in San Diego to not drink anything, so we didn’t
The reason, the Tour Company didn’t want us to get Montezuma’s Revenge
As I witnessed Wine Glasses being tall, I had to get close
Within the Café, the Wine glasses were certainly tall with straws to match
No, there is no catch
Yet, I often feared that if those tall wine glasses were bummed into, that would be a definite alcoholic mess with the possibility to a stray animal such as a cat or dog or even an insect that would get drunk
It may sound funny, but is no bunk
To the average person drinking the first couple of sips, I am sure they would be drunk
So Tall Wine Glasses with the feeling of an ever ready
But would feel so what unsteady
Yet wine glasses that stand tall
Drink up for thirst that would establish the pallet for all.

I am sure it wasn’t me
But let me bus illustrate in me for you to see
It happened when I was a little Tot
But I was little I didn’t know how to even tie a knot
Yet it was that very day when my Aunt took me shopping at Macy’s Herald Square
It was Yellow School buses that started me from there
My bus enthusiasm seemed to come alive
I am serious with no jive
There were all these all Marquee Eyes moving back and forth
Accompanied with a Stack of Yellow School buses, you know who had to have one
But wait, and I am not done
So I picked up one of the yellow school buses in sheer delight
Unknowingly to my Aunt, the bus in my hand was going to be her plight
My Aunt later discovered the bus was in my hand, and demanded that I put the bus back
As a Tot, I wanted that bus to be in my stack
Of course I refused to put back
My Aunt tried to take the bus from my hand, and I held onto that bus for dear life
As a Tot I didn’t offer any advice
My Aunt was forced to buy that specific bus, and that was nice
So my bus history ventured from there
I am Greyhound at heart, and it was that Hound Dog that the impression on my mark
Now its move forward, and only reflect for a moment
My time is bus time
My inspiration extends for a lifetime.

The Black Man being vital in unity
The symbol within his own community
Media says that’s not reality
Media portrays the Black Man doesn’t know how to survive
But in all reality is determination in all it takes
This is nothing fake
Slavery’s history was a struggle in the Black Man in knowing that they can overcome and change which others felt impossible
Today the Black Man has inspiration
Slavery was only a lesson in showing the way in achieving
But some Black Men still hold onto what they believe having no assurance, but all takes is endurance
But that is only the Black Man’s formulations, but in reality they have a strong foundation
It is not an assumption as it is a known fact
It’s about the Black Man stepping out and fulfilling their dreams
Not the expectations of what one wants the Black Man to believe
There is nothing concrete that says the Black Man must stay and always be in a struggle
It’s about illustrate and present yourself who you really are and not the assumptions of what one would expect
Media also states the Black Man is into Drugs, Jail and Lack of Fatherhood
But those are the weak minded Black Man that feel they have no purpose in life
However, every Black Man has a purpose in life, but they must find their way and be determined to get there
How many things about the Black Man in the Hood, but those same Black Men actually made out the hood and turned their life into could
The theme is “Excel”

It’s the Black Man’s personal chains that holding them back in not being confident and only settling
Settling is only an negative vibe, but goes no where from there

It’s time for the Black Man to come out and prove to themselves that the Black Man Sterotype is nothing more than a hype

It’s dignity in what the mind provides
The Black Man has the power to be an achiever
So unlock and expand your mind
But Black Men, remove all negative thoughts like a river reseed

It doesn’t matter if defeat came at the end
Complexity must be tough in making you prepared for the task

But my version is, “Prepare for it in order to achieve it”
No theory or concept behind that is only straight forward being you
As a matter of fact, when you see an extremely High Mountain, your first thought is how high
You then discover for yourself just how high that Mountain is by climbing it and determining for yourself

This is a story of actual truth
It happened in my 27th Year Old youth
It was September 1984 when I went to San Francisco, California on vacation for Seven Days
You might partly was when I went astray
I toured the Frisco City Downtown and out
I even went to South San Francisco
But there was an upper part of downtown that the Tour Guide emphasized to avoid
So I asked why is the area warranted in not to go up
I am the adventurer type
So I really wanted to explore
I wasn’t scare, but my decision was sure

The Tour Guide gave me instructions in how I should act and dress
So I did just that
I wore a Do rag completely around my head, Torn Clothes and a Bad Attitude
The Bad Attitude was street talk using cuss words
So I ventured up
As I was walking and continued too walk, it was apparent that people were becoming lesser and lesser
Once I arrived, in the alley was confronted with a multitude of Motorcycle Gangs
One of the Cyclist stated to me that I didn’t belong in the area
My response was, “I am in the area now”
I acted tough with my response, and ready at any given moment to rumble
I played in off
After a while, I then decided to return back to downtown
So I learned why no one wanted to go uptown of Frisco
It wasn’t an area where I would encourage anyone to go, but it was an experience of acting like a Gangbanger to feel the vibe
I definitely was taking a chance
This wasn’t a mission to advance
I just simply held my stance
But I was told I could have been killed and loss my life
However, the experience was how I rolled being my own advice being the Gangbanger ways.

Popin with a Buttery crime
Greasy and oily as slime
A crime wave to steal ingredients throughout
A mouthwatering motion
Across town in Poppintown, Popcorn Man and his Hitchmen are planning a precise plot
Yet, the Police will have no choice in liking or not
Within the Popcorn Clister Company, the Popcorn Man and his Hitchmen are attemptintg to steal all the production resources needed for the biggest crime wave of them all
The Popcorn Man’s quest was to steal the Crown Jewels of Great Britain at the Popin Mueum
But their plan was foiled by Batman and Robin
They confronted Popcorn Man and his Hitchmen on the spot as they had figured out their plot
A fight for justice broke out
Robin hit one of the hitchmen with a *** of hot oil in the face
Batman and Robin with all in between being Bam, Pow and Kaboom
But something was going to happen soon
Suddenly, Batman and Robin were caught by surprise and didn’t realize
They were caught in a trap in all buttered up Popcorn
How will Batman and Robin escape?
Will Popcorn Man get away with his outrageous cape?
Immediately, Batman pulls out of his utility belt an ingredient that causes everything to melt
Batman and Robin managed to escape
They must rush before it’s too late
It’s a mission to put Popcorn Man in jail with a popping finish
Popcorn Man is caught in the act, and Batman and Robin turn the tables on his hitchmen
Batman throws hot butter on the floor, and the Hitchmen just slide right into large cage
This causes Popcorn Man to respond in rage
Popcorn man wanted to take venegeance, but Batman was too clever
Batman pushed Popcorn Man into a Large Popcorn popping Machine and Kenneled out
A crime wave solved
It was the Cape Crusader who was involved.

Picture the scene with no highway cars nor traffic
This race is definitely specific
A highway that stretches far
Those Drivers cannot be thinking going to a bar
It’s a race involving Greyhound, Trailways and Coach USA
Notice I didn’t mention Peter Pan
This race they are not in demand
What bus company do you think would win?
Who would be the champion at the end?
Even though the Greyhound Dog is known for speed
Nonetheless, let’s proceed
Greyhound is Challenger A, Trailways is challenger B and Coach USA is challenger C
So let the race begin
The three bus companies are all set
Does anyone care to wager a bet?
This is as good as its going to get
The bus companies are off
Down Interstate 95, Greyhound takes the lead
But hold on, Trailways takes the stead
You would have thought the highway was a track
But there is no fact
Coach USA is mad and decides to speed up
But from the look of things, the Coach USA Driver looks fed up
Coach USA is now in the lead
But only for a short moment
Greyhound swiftly takes the lead
The bus companies are ever inching towards the finish line
Who will win?
How about that, it turns out to be a tie
Yet Greyhound, Trailways and Coach USA are all quality bus companies
But the race proves, it takes skills to drive a bus, and being masterful in safety all being a plus.

Life being a hustle
A lady friend of mine named Myrtle
I met her at a social function
Right off the back we made a connection
We dated quite a while
Myrtle was sophisticated and had style
It was me thinking oh wow
I am a gentlemen who endures the outdoors
Being at the beach for sure
But it when Myrtle and I are together makes it galore
I proposed right on the beach
Myrtle said yes, and she is beautiful as a peach
She will be marrying me

The key is PROTEIN

Without the weights and food, you will be no stronger than roach
If Bodybuilding and or Competition where you want to go
Then up the rhythm in intensity being the flow
But increase the nutrition if you want your muscles to show
But I must continue to emphasize that nutrition plays the role in giving your muscles shape
You do not want to come off looking like a Fat Ape
You want muscles that are strong, and a physique that stands out
Especially if you are competing in a Bodybuilding Contest, you to hear the audience encouragement as you pose
Nutrition is a suppose
It’s that nutrition that gives the protein muscles strength
It’s also every training routine in intervals with endurance at great length

Then I decided to do “TONY”
I can honestly say it was no phony
My scale toy buses formed all in perfection

I believe I added to my bus appreciation
It has become a committed responsibility
Now it’s mounting as reality.

A disappointment can make one sad
It can also raise emotions on one becoming mad

But let’s be honest
A person’s promise means nothing in the voice with no documentation behind it

It was a bus trip to the Bus Bash Spring Fling
But there was an discovery being the thing
I then realized I couldn’t find my house keys
A certain panic came over
The LIRR train leaves my home station at a specific time
I will be behind schedule running through my mind
Of course I missed the LIRR train schedule from my house
I immediately called for a Car Service to the LIRR Jamaica Station to get me to the New York City Penn Station quick
I told the Car Service Drive to speed it at all course, and didn’t care how she did it, and take short cuts
Yes, I had a Female Driver
I made it to the LIRR Jamaica Station, and got the train that made one stop at Woodside, Queens then New York City Penn Station
Finally arriving in New York City, I walked towards the opposite side street across from the Port Authority Bus Terminal where the bus was leaving
What perfect timing, the Chartered Bus Company was arriving at the same time I was arriving, and the passengers gathered to board

When I arrived they were starting to call attendance names to board bus
I was number Four
Boarded the Bus
I was on my way to the Bus Bash Spring Fling in Hershey, PA
Met Bus Friends
The trip had a refreshing end.

Tornados have big impact
It is reality and a known fact

But it is the Citroen Car Sedan being the fact
My Grandfather owned the Citroen Car Sedan, but he wasn’t French and it all happened in the USA
I remember as if it was yesterday, my Grandfather had not only had the Citroen Sedan, but he also had the Station Wagon as well
Well let me tell
The Citroen had destined specifications and design
For starters, there was no ignition key, but it was a push button for transmission, Two Marker Lights on the Left and Right in the back
I hope you are keeping track
The most important element to the Citroen was that you had to wait for the back of the car to rise
Surprised?

Yes rise
But the Citroen sedan was unique
It was small and petite
I remember my Grandmother not liking the Citroen because of the waiting period to move into drive
Once the Citroen rose in the back, it would suddenly eject back to normal and at the point it was all go
Even myself, I had to get used to the Citroen, and my taste for French flavor
After the Citroen Sedan, my Grandfather decided to trade the Citroen Sedan for a Station Wagon
It was the same concept, but slightly longer, and more wider
But there was an end to the Citroen Station Wagon in my life
My Grandfather, Grandmother, Female Cousin and myself were riding along Atlantic Avenue of the LIRR Station of East New York when all of sudden, the wheel in the back of the Citroen on the passenger’s side came completely off and laid flat on the ground
Thank God no one was hurt
So my Grandmother actually got her wish of no more Citroen
My Grandmother told my Grandfather, the next car, let it be one to get in and drive off
So the Citroen became history
But what was the other car my Grandfather got, I will let that be a mystery
So I got the French experience on wheels
The Citroen being no more
It is all memorable with a reflection galore.

I am planning my Retirement from Macy’s Corporate
My Manager seems to think I don’t want to retire
But there will be an expire
I will have something to do during my time
I have written a book titled, “BEYOND” being my personal Memoir highlighting my life from the Past to the Present
It’s my focus of my represent
The book is currently and has been finished in manuscript form
I had a Publishing House and Literary Agent, but they couldn’t do what I needed done
