Forgive me if I were to blame
I'd gladly accept my fate.
But remember that I
am not perfect and I
sometimes make mistakes.

Forgive me if I were to blame
I'd gladly stay away.
But I am ready to forget
and move on with life,
you just give me the sign.

Forgive me if I were to blame,
but if it is not the case,
this I want to say:
Please don't let one mistake
ruin the friendship we have had.
Please don't let one mistake
define who I am.

I am not perfect.
I am not all-knowing.
But I'm ready to forgive and forget.
Just let me.

In my one mistake, please don't be blind,
to all the things I did right.
