Autumn... brings
a shedding
from the season before
the waste of warmer days
float down
from boughs
by the score
hues of brown and russet
cover forest floors

Spring... brings
a  rebirth of foliage
colors come to life
in a bouquet
of brightness
filling the Earth
with manifold delights
floral auras
of sprite

Summer... brings
a ripening
where fruits become plump
and round
the nectar
of a apricot
rich of flesh
abounding
in deliciousness

Winter...brings
a dying
as the landscape
freezes
and trembles
neath the iciness
a hibernation
a time of recess
all is at rest
