I locked it away
Subconsciously.
I didn't want to face it
Nor feel it.

I guess because I knew,
It was too much pain to bear.

You unlocked it
with a double tap.

I peeked into the deepest part
Secretly
I couldn't accept what I found
Nor ignore it.

I tried to lock it back like how I used to
But it was too late.

Those feelings took over me
The pain demanded to be felt.

Now they take over
My brain
My limbs
My heart.

I'm thinking it was wrong to lock it in
in the first place.

Now I'm caught off guard.
I shiver
I worry
I fear.

Fear not because I'm afraid
I can't find the one.
Fear because he is the one.

Fear,
Because the one doesn't want to be
The One.
