This time of night comes quietly, sneaks in like a graveyard thief ready to rob me blindly
About this time of night my mind wanders endlessly, tangents of imagination run wildly, spinning and bubbling the thoughts are inside of me
So much so that I feel like I’ve floated up
That this is simply a dream
About this time of night I wish you were by my side with my head in the nook between your face and your neck
I wish we never met
