It's hard to hide
so don't even try
No need to run
when your caught in the eye

They're watching you
and your every move
So be careful citizen
in whatever you do

There are cameras
On every corner

They're placed there they say
for protections sake
Be careful you don't
make a mistake

They've got your name
though your only a number
In this paranoia state
It's little wonder

There are cameras
On every corner

No need to smile
no need to say cheese
Guilty as charged
how do you plead

Polaroid judge, jury, hangman
all rolled into one
Modern convenience
gets the job done

When there are cameras
**On every corner
