You seemed so pretty, you seemed so right.
Just a touch of crazy, But worth the fight.
Cause loves a battlefield that tests us all
‘Til we find the one that’s worth the fall

I thought I found that one when I found you
Just a look into your eyes, I would come unglued.
But then that crazy turned into more
With injuries sustained, I was dying from this war

Beaten and bruised, I could no longer run
The heat of the battle was no longer fun
So I turn to crawl through the landmine field
Knowing that never again will this chest conceal
The pain, the hurt, this heart does feel
Much blood lost. Too much to heal.

You seemed so pretty, you seemed so right
Just a touch of crazy. But worth the fight
Cause loves a battlefield that tests us all
‘til we find the one that’s worth the fall

Like a shooting star falling to the earth
I fell for you. Because I thought it would be worth
the risk the chance. I thought you'd save me.
But as the flame fizzled and I could no longer see
I realized the armor of digression that you've put on
I give up. The red stained white flag is drawn.

Much blood is lost. Too much to heal
From the pain, the hurt this heart does feel
Knowing now this chest will never again conceal
So just let me give way in this battlefield

Never again to feel whats right
In this game that turned into a fight
