Hangs like lead
Is often said
That time is not my friend,
When sorrow slows
It often shows
Those signals sorrow's send.
Hangs like lead
Is sometimes said
That heartbreak heals with time,
Now teardrops dried
Time's reconciled
In hidden torment, mine.
