"A blackbird flew my way, another then arrived.
I looked over at the pond, to see a duck with her children close by her side.
Geese now captured my eyes, and ears as twelve noised above.
Landing on the flickering diamond waters, chasing away a small family of Doves.
Sparrows filled the sky's in bunches, only then i was led to believe.
All wildlife stays with-in themselves, as do the trees, and their leaves.
We are animals too, but choose to mingle outside of our own.
Could this be their secret to keep harmony,
and us thriving for the power of the thrown?
To notice their peace when soaring in flight,
makes me wonder of human wars, and our never ending fights.
They are labeled wildlife, and we being civil,
but after seeing a small part of their world,
could it be, we are the wild, and they are the civil?"
