Helium lines...
Burn so brightly elements of yesterday
Locked in a peculiar orbit, they say
The largest star in any sky
Burning the hottest before it dies
The intense blue of sublimation
Black holes envy his degradation
Far past when molecular oxidation occurs
Into great fires smoldering for her
Countless planets revolving over
Hopelessly caught in his supernova
The atomic incineration of time
All through ionized helium lines
