Dec 2013
The world is waiting
For you to take this all away
The sorrow, the heartache
The reason that we pray
Someone told us
That you’d be coming back
To take us all home
Such paradise we still lack

Yet the multitude suffers on
Spilling blood, all morals gone
They come together with something to hate
Is my hope in you but a date with a tragic fate?
Must I claim infidel, my gothic heart beats on
Must I bleed to and fro from right to wrong?
Innocence is sacrificed in your name
Under God my heart slowly wanes…
Wow, I used to write, guess I got lost for a while...
