Spoken from experience,
You said love was not like books,
Instead it was more of friendship,
Than it was of looks.

I have a narrow mind,
Despite my everyday racking,
I can't find the meaning,
How worthy is love, worth accepting?

I've read of countless love,
Some good, some bad,
Most of them were written,
But some they really had.

Im happy for them,
A fan of love tested and true,
A love that had mistakes,
Had problems, had stakes,
But never said adieu.

I don't like ****** novels,
That stabbing painful blues,
I want a cherished love,
Like a treasure, you found and knew.

Okay I never loved,
And I never even looked,
Despite that I want to say,
That love makes everything all good.

Love makes you happy,
Sadness is but a blur,
I hope you understand,
I hope you all confer.

Whatever's good,
Whatever's kind,
Whatever makes a person smile,
It's worth doing, It's called loving.
I hope you all find love appealing.

Love is worth a try,
The chances might be slim,
And the price sky high,
But the gain is immense,
Worth a lifetime.
