A small piece of satin,
Held by single thread and pin.
To divest myself of it would be
To undo what has been.
Fun Fact!: This poem was originally stanza two of the poem "Sewn", but I felt that it held meaning beyond that of the original poem and was subsequently split. See the irony? Enjoy!
