Tell me, when will I see you once again?
Will I still hear your voice in distant days?
Love’s sharpened edge has faded into pain,
And sorrow flows like thawing in a haze.

The grief of autumn lingers in my gaze,
While stars dissolve in trembling sky above.
I wait for you through time’s unfathomed maze,
Beyond the bounds of all we know as love.

In parting, where each breath begins to fade,
The minutes drift like ashes on the air.
The hush of night won’t let me slip its shade -
Your voice still echoes through the empty stare.

Tell me, when will your true light meet my eyes?
Not phantom-like - but real, alive, and near.
You are my question, and you are replies.
My burning day, my wound, my song sincere.

Tell me, will you return just like a wonder,
A distant bell reborn in silent space?
Without your eyes, the world is torn asunder -
The day is dim, the dream has lost its grace.
