We are so incompatible
You are so incompetent
Don't hear a thing you've been saying
Nothing on this green Earth is permanent
So you're words are falling on deaf ears
And my mouth, well my mouth is dumb
All these years and my ever present fears
Dull my senses of everything that's fun

Never, never
No, it could never be
Ever, ever
Why is it you can't see?
Are you that blind?
Or you just a wishful thinker?

Over these times
And under these flames
Words that rhyme
And all that impending fame
Don't ever get me up
And never bring me down
When I spill my cup
I don't ever usually frown
I just ask for another
