My love
Had to be a Neptunian—
Stars in her stare,
Salt in her wounds and
Soul so sickly sweet.

I have sunk deep enough
To think I could contain
An ocean
In the palms of my hands

I have drowned in dreams
Of your dazzling eyes
Lying upon
A rusty anchor.
