Holding on to things
that burn you,
burn you
get rid of them.

dried up and shrivelled
scoring eight and of late
I've been wavering and
not putting the work in
on myself and there's only
myself to blame, thinking
that if the sun ever shone
it's long gone,

but letting go
is the way to go

there should be
more signposts.
