A tip of the cap
Just a nod of the head
It doesn't take much to say thank you
To lift a finger from the wheel
Appreciation for waiting by the field
Thank you for letting me pass
Press that elevator button
To hold the doors a second longer just means nothing
Puts a spring in the step of those about their day
As love can come in the strangest of ways
From putting out the bins to mowing your neighbour's lawn

Thank you
It doesn't take much
❤️
