Dec 2023
A thought creeps into my mind over and over,
Jesus taught us to give to the poor,
We give wonderful presents to each other,
Some unwanted,
That becomes tomorrow's garage sales.
Sing all the Christmas Carol's,
Till they send you off with enough bucks,
Don't over drink at a office Christmas party,
Less you have to look for a new job afterwards.
The Christians will pray in the Church for a better another year,
While others will sit at home and ponder what they achieved this year.
With little more cheer,
Be a little nicer,
Smile a little easier,
After all it's Christmas,
The coming of Santa Claus.
