Motivation as well,
I don't seek it from the outside anymore,
I went through my Fit app,
It's officially 4 months on and off,
I can see the big lines on my big belly,
Even the slightest flat, is a sight,
I can see my double chin hanging on a little tighter,
Now I will do a thousand steps more,
Now I will happily cut my ties with junkies,
Oh, now I love diets.
I'm amazed,
I cried in the beginning,
Now I'm enjoying the same.
Consistency is a journey,
Of unexpected lopsided turns.
