The tents sway slowly in unison
deep in the desert silent and cold
I sit by the camps fire waiting
as her dance now begins to unfold
she moves fluidly around the burning embers
hands serpentine seductively reaching for the sky
charmed elements swell around her frame
gravitational, a neutron pull, I could not deny

Her eyes darker then the midnight heavens
sold beauty to the stars in abundance
even the sands beneath her delicate feet
seemed to surrender turning to gold with her touch
she has me charmed liken to a cobra
motionless and *****, ready to strike
this magical radiant woman of charms
with her avian stare, had me in her sights.
