This thought came up and bit me
At the moment of mid-blink
Guess you could call it an epiphany
You do you, I'll do me

Neither of us caring
What the other thinks
Where we're no longer peering
Over the edge of crazies brink

Live our lives as we see fit
In peace and harmony
Imagine what all that would fix
You do you, I'll do me

It would unload lots of pressure
Given a chance to live freely
Clean the drawers out of that dresser
Less of an upkeep

Now for the million-dollar question
Honestly what do you think
Wouldn't life be more pleasant
You do you, I'll do me
