Look forward to tomorrow
As another day unfolds
Another page turned over
Our story book of life it holds
So many lifetime memories
Begining from the past
As we travel through life's journey
Each day goes by so fast
Just as we lead the horse to water
Hoping it will drink
Don't take your life for granted
Rather -we all should stop n think
About our friends and family
Do we treat them kind
Or have we been neglectful
Had too much on our mind
So often we don't realise
Other things get in the way
We simply need reminding
To say the things we ought to say
An apology costs nothing
If before you did offend
The simple words I'm sorry
A broken heart these words
Can mend
I know this can be difficult
But please try- swallow all your pride
It will clear your conscience
And heal the hurt inside
Have you perhaps got someone
You've not seen n now lost touch
Why not ring or send a letter
I'm sure they'll thank you very much
Don't let misunderstandings
Or pride step in the way
Of saying I am sorry

As it could be our final day
