when night time comes around the day has passed on bye
i look out the window count the stars up in the sky
floating all around like diamonds.  lighting up the night
clouds they pass on bye silky and so white

my mind begins to wonder drifting in to space
now i dont have you my worlds a lonely place
memories fill my mind how it used to be
good times that we shared when there was was you and me

how we would sit together beneath the moon above
we would count the stars very much in love
thinking of the good times that we used to share
and the love we had that was always there

now theres only me and my memory
when we were together there was you and me
how we would sit together beneath the moon above
we would count the stars very much in love
