Summer Song
Cloudy now
and the skies
are gray
wet we are
about
to get wet
it was hot today
and blue
but not my kind
of blue spent
the whole summer
alone
on this porch swing
without you and where
you went
I'll never know
I wish I had a map
so I'd know where to go
Some melancholy whimsy.
