Fringe Of Lunatics

It’s a typical fall day with an
Overcast sky and a crisp breeze
There’s a sprinkle of rain falling
As well as leaves from the trees

I’m ready for some football
But my Saturdays are camouflaged
There’s now political agendas and
My entertainment has been sabotaged

The outside world has penetrated
With the noise of great measures
It’s robbed me of a way of life
And it’s ruined one of my few pleasures

A United strength and togetherness
Is hanging on a weakened hinge
Of all the many ways we were to fall
I’d never imagine at the hands of the fringe

Fighting among ourselves, it’s obvious
This is the Devil and his bag of tricks
Who would have thought it would end
By the deceived Fringe Of Lunatics
