Sides
Sides
Born into sides
Religious and tribal
Learning quite young
To fear and to rival
If we are Catholic
We hate the Jews
If we are white
We do as we do
If we are men
We do as we want
If we are women
We’re told that we can’t
If we are black
We’re told to go back
If we are red…
We’re mostly all dead
If we’re ALL Human
We’re on the same side
No one to fear
No need to hide
I’m a humanist
I love all my tribe
Won’t you come join us
Just take the Human Side
