Enraptured with flames, here I stand
I’d lick the shame built by eyes tricking
Visions tempting to suffocate, to bury bliss under
Them seeing light as a phase, a never forever

Yet why here, I stand still like a brawny brute?
Blazing courage, a burning gritty pursuit
Drifting cosmic hues, flowing boundless gleam
How come to love, is now a sin?
A poem for a painting
