It gets a little lonely here
Squatting in the ruins
Surrounded by concrete slabs
Covered in dank quiet
Sunlight brushing against
An abandoned spiders web
Finding myself fixated
Teetering on obsession
Craving the spiders return
Or creating a new connection
Lost in a mosaic of beige
Where once was a rainbow
And other occupants
Sharing the world with me
But everything is shrinking
Except me
