Envelope me when I am cold
Love me with that soul so old
Bringing forth the fruits of peace
My feelings flow. Will this flurry cease?

Arrested at the sacred banks
I keep forgetting to offer my thanks
At the healing springs, growing glittered wings
Above fertile fields where marigolds sing

Teach me how to free my being
From reaching, clinging, do I refuse to see?
The answers that float right by
The answers that help me to cry

I shed the withered leaves of false belief
And humbly, like an ancient crow, I fly
