The stars come out and masquerade
Through the sky on full display
Resting on a bed of leaves
Just under the leaning tree
That grew tall along the grassy knoll
Crooked over earth and stone
The sun must say it’s last goodbye
To make way for the diamond sky
Jewels in clusters
Stay bright at night
To reach the stars and hold on tight
