I seeped deep
Into his fragranced masculinity
Thinking of the unchanging love
I had for him
How he freed me from despair
Sharing his myriad magic with me

His perfect essence
Was imprinted in the poetry
I wrote throughout the seasons
He was in my mind, my heart, my soul
He existed outside of time
Where I could disappear
Inside of and feel his sheer endearment
Fueling me with more power
