He stood in the dining room,
His hands on the shoulders of a chair,
Watching his children outside,
Romping on the blades of grass.
A rainbow was hovering in the sky,
As brilliant as the smile on his daughter's face,
As she stared in awe,
At a daisy opening its petals to the sun.
He raised his hands to Allah,
For the beauties life offers,
With every step one takes.
