The woods come out to play
Trees, twigs, thistles, loggs,
branches, and ladybugs
Caterpillars, frogs, toads,
spiders, bats, and cats
Intermittent lights,
dancing in the air,
lighting the footpath,
here and, there
Is that an orb I see
Or a figment of my imagination,
playing tricks with me
Old folk stories of witches,
on broomsticks, spells being cast
Stop being ridiculous!
That's a fast
The woods,
take on a different lifestyle,
in the dark,
don't be afraid,
for morning is nigh
The wind does not out,
candlesticks or candlelight,
burning during the night
