Rain and loved ones' tears,
Black umbrellas encircling
Corpse in a coffin.

Their shuddering sobs,
Collapsing to genuflect:
Earthquakes of heartbreak.

Pet cemeteries,
Sunsets, lei upon the waves,
Float on to Elsewhere.

Boat engulfed in flames,
While on shore, drenched in sadness,
Slick black umbrellas.
