Poems
Nov 2020
the shape we're in
the only difference in
our differences
is the way we talk
the color of our skin
the hope most hold
won't come about
in this fallen world
if we don't figure out
that what we see
is the outside need
to take the in
and set it free
because just below
is the wanting soul
where the heart resides
holding out the hope
to change the shape
what matters much
from the shape of hate
to that of love
