My heros don't
Dress up
Spin webs to
Get trapped in
Use fists to
Punch
Legs to kick
Capes to fly in
But what they
Have are guts
To face each day
One armed bandits
Walkers with crutches
Deaf with hearing aids
Blind with a dog
Bald from cancer
Another melt down
Taking place
These heroes  don't
Give up
Even when pain
Is too hard to take
They are the champions
Fighting a battle
Each day
