Don't come and ask me for money
and tell me you love me in the same breath
tho
you think you would never -you would
its the circumstances the narrative making you
keel over an' belly up belie your belly full
and some lies own everything with deep hooks
and cascading nuances of cheap surrender
to ice cream to grocery stores to mexican joints
spent time before you ran off and came back

its time for a remake of the popular organization
of the state its time for a subjugation of subjugation
and letters bringing smiles and pronunciations of joy
