What happens when the clocks stop
when we feel the earth move
will we hear the aftershock?

thinking 'doomwatch'
on the second dog watch,
dogged by luck
some good
some bad
but I don't give a
bosun's,
things are and will be
always eight bells at sea
or until the next K-T

I'm hanging off the yardarm
looking for oblivion.
